3-day self-care challenge through yogic tools

Self-care is essential for our optimal health & wellbeing, yet so many of us still don’t make it a priority to take a good care of ourselves daily. During this 3-day period, you will make 10 minutes each day to nurture and nourish you, using simple yogic tools.  

 

Are you a busy mum who is tired of putting yourself at the bottom of the list, feeling overwhelmed, impatient and even irritable at times?

Do you want to be a better mum for your kids? More patient and accepting mum? A calm and relaxed mum?  Then this challenge is for you.  

 

Each day of the challenge, you will have the opportunity to learn the following simple practices in a video format. Each video is 5 to 10 minutes in length and will be available in a designated Facebook group. Please note the videos will only be accessible during the period of the challenge.

 

 

Day 1: Pranayama (Breath Control)

 

Breath is a fundamental part of yoga practice. Learn simple yet powerful tool that helps you calm your nervous system. 

 

Day 2: Asana (Yoga Postures)

 

Learn a few simple yoga poses that are steady and comfortable. When our body is relaxed, our mind relaxes too. 

 

Day 3: Savasana (Conscious Relaxation)

 

Technically speaking, savasana is one of asanas, known as a corpse pose. But I believe it deserves great significance so we will cover it on our last day of the challenge.
