About the course creator 

My name is Chika!

I'm a Yoga Australia registered teacher with the practice of over 13 years. For the last 7 years I've been helping hundreds of mums reduce stress and find calm so that they can be more present and patient with their kids.  I'm also a mum just like you so I get how exhausting and chaotic motherhood can be. I'd love to help you feel good in your body so that you can be happy and the whole family can be happy!
