Are you struggling with your heatlh & wellbeing since you became a mum? You’re not the only one! After being sleep deprived and not having any of my basic needs met for many months in the first year of being a mum, I learned that for me to thrive, I need to take a good care of myself daily. As a mum, we are always giving, giving and giving. Giving everything to our kids and tend to put ourselves at the bottom of the list. Well, I’m here to tell you we need to change that!  We can’t pour from an empty cup. It’s time to make self-care your priority, beautiful mumma! Yoga & mindfulness have been essential part of my own daily self-care and I want to help you become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself so I created this super special challenge that you can join in for FREE. 

 

You’d only need about 10 minutes each day to join the challenge so it’s perfect for any mum. You might be nursing a newborn baby. You might be a working mum juggling different needs of different people. I got you all covered! 

 

What you will receive each day during this 5-day challenge

 

  • An Email containing 

  1. Simple instructions for breath awareness or breath control practice

  2. Simple instructions for 1 yoga pose 

  3. Benefits of the pose 

  4. Tips & ideas for creating sustainable home practice 

 

AND

  • An access to a 5 – 10 minute video demonstrating breath awareness practice and 1 yoga pose (to be accessed via Facebook group)

 

AND 

  • An opportunity to ask me questions via email or Facebook group about any of the contents shared during the challenge
