Hi, I'm Chika!
Iâm a Yoga Australiaâregistered teacher and a mum to a school-aged daughter. Since 2004, Iâve supported hundreds of parents in finding calm amidst the chaos through the healing practices of yoga and mindfulness. I created this course to help you easily weave gentle stretches, relaxation, and meditation into your busy day.
I understand how challenging it can be to find time for yourself when you're caring for little ones. Thatâs why all the videos and audios in this course are short and sweetâdesigned to fit into real-life parenting schedules. Youâll be able to stretch and unwind from the comfort of your home, at a time that suits you.
This course supports your home practice, offering flexibility for those days when making it to a gym or studio just isnât possible.
