Yes as long as you're at least 6 weeks postpartum (8-week if you had a ceserean birth) and received approval from their GP to recommence general exercise, you can participate in yoga component of the membership. 

Meditation practice is safe for any mothers.

Many mums take advantage of their kids' nap time to join the class by themselves but you may have a newborn who doesn't have an established nap routine or an older child who no longer naps. You're welcome to join the class with your child(ren) and there's no need to worry about your kids making noises because everyone's audio will be turned off during the class so all you hear is my instructions.   

You will be introduced to yin yoga (passive floor based poses) to restore your energy and gentle yang yoga (active poses) to shake off stagnation of energy and build strength in your body. All classes are infused with mindfulness and relaxation, leaving you nurtured and nourished on all levels. 

Classes are designed specifically for mothers to help them let go fo stress and tension in their body, mind and heart. These are not designed to be mums & bubs yoga but you're more than welcome to have your baby (or toddler or child of any age) in the room with you. We will have everyone's audio turned off during the class, so the sounds your child make don't affect the class.  

Yes, it’s suitable for all levels including beginners. Please make sure to listen to your body and avoid any poses if you feel any pain. Not all poses might be suitable for everyone. This is the opportunity to honour your unique body and do poses that make you feel good. 

This membership is not specifically designed for pregnant women. Some poses may not be suitable for you depending on which stage of pregnancy you are at. For example, any poses that involve compressing of your belly and strong twists & backbends are NOT recommended for pregnant women. 

Having said that, I'm able to offer modifications for you or you may just choose to sit out some of the poses. It's best to send me an email at [email protected].au prior to signing up.  

If you’re new to yoga and in your 1st trimester, I don’t recommend doing yoga classes with us due to the sensitive nature of this time (high risk of miscarriage) unless you have previous experience in yoga.

Meditation practice is safe for all stages of pregnancy, but If you’re in your 2nd or 3rd trimester, staying in supine position (lying on your back) is NOT recommended. Please consider seated meditation or lying on your left side of your body. This also applies to savasana, the relaxation practice at the end of the yoga class. 

The doors will be open throughout 2022, however, the bonuses are available for a limited time for the period advertised. 

You will gain access to a private Facebook group where all class recordings are hosted. All virtual classes take place on zoom and you will receive a link to join the call in the morning of the scheduled class day. You will also receive your own log in details to access some contents via membership platform. 

All virtual classes (weekly classes & monthly workshops are recorded and accessible via private Facebook group. You will have unlimited access as long as you remain as a member in good standing.
